I had a quick look for type 4 clutches but couldn't see them, I guess if you gave them a call with the part numbers they may be able to sort it out too. Original message: I thought I'd post these links up in case they are of use to anyone, seems to be a fair bit cheaper than the usual suspects even after delivery (£6). I checked the part numbers on the LUK website so hopefully it's right but please satisfy yourself!
