We did a price find thing on Mrs paneuropaul's new Tiguan. Got 3 good offers from localish dealers, from Carwow and then walked into the one in town with the printed offers and they bettered the cheapest one by about £50. Not actually used them per se, but as a bargaining tool it was effective.
I found I got a better deal by ringing round a few dealers and comparing deals myself and then a bit of back and forth between the two best dealers. Make sure you know what you want spec wise and make sure your comparing apples with apples. I have also heard of people walking in with the slip from carwow and dealers matching it or doing slightly better. Cheers
