Can you still get Protech Shelters?

  1. I am wanting to provide some shelter for the bus, and want to protect it from the elements as much as I can.

Unfortunatly I can't build a garage or lean-to, however I do have a small area where I currently park her which could maybe take some type of free-standing shelter.

I had been told of a company called Protech Shelters (or similar) which were meant to be good. A quick 'google' and the best I can find is http://www.horse-shelters.co.uk/products.html who seem to be the same people. The page has a link to Car & Van Covers at the bottom, however that doesn't work. I've tried calling the phone number on the site, however that appears dead too.

Does anyone know if they are still going? (I suspect not though). Or anyone who does similar shelters? I've come cross Dancover.co.uk however they seem really expensive, and I'm struggling to find a small shelter which is tall enough for the poptop and skylight.

  2. Don't suppose anyone has any ideas on shelter options?

Have thought about a van cover, tho am worried about that doing more harm than good.

  3. Try and look for a poly tunnel manufacturer - seems like basically the same thing.

  4. I've got a JK cover.....which I wouldnt recommend for out side use :( ........would make a great indoor cover as its not water proof :(

I'm thinking of getting some sort of tenting to finish my resto.

After poping over to see Craigyp the other day and seeing his car port I'm very tempted to get one, its only £60 more than the JK cover!

search for car port on ebay, this is the one Im thinking of

is that the sort of thing you want?

  5. Just had a quick look, and ebay seems like the place to start.
