Can they really be worth this much?

  1. well its got the wrong front to start :pand bumpers :rolleyes:but guess if some one wants it and going to pay for it

  2. They are worth what someone else will pay.

    You can easily spend loads more than that restoring one & new danbury ones can cost twice that.

    Hard to know what condition it actually is in until you see it in the flesh

  3. Ah yeah, didn’t pay much attention to the year o_O

    Never understood why Brazilian Bays go for so much, I’ve seen them for £40,000 plus! and why would you spend that amount of money on a van with a 1.4 polo engine it.

    I guess people must be buying them for that creating a market for them at those prices!

    If they've done all they've said to it, I'd say that was the going rate.

  10. I wouln't pay 25k for someone elses's resto tbh, but i'm sure some will. From the description you can see that the owners have basically paid for everything to be done, rather than diy.. so i don't doubt their assertion that they're into that for 35k.

    still cheaper than a "new" danbury. cheaper than a t6 california etc..

    I would have moved em around for the pictures, I would rather have that than a Danbury and as hightops go it looks good, nice colour as well
