Can Merc 5 hole AMG Monoblocks be fitted to a bay??

  1. Ive often wondered this; they are a nice wheel IMO and seem to find their way onto most other cars these days, I just never see/have seen them on a bay; Ive seen a few t25s on 'interweb with them fitted, and bays fitted with most other style of merc wheels, so why not...

My motorviation for asking the q, is that I have both a 77 bay and some 17in merc AMG monoblocks which were destined for my 190E merc, but might find their way onto the bay, at some stage...

  2. merc rims have the same pcd 5x112 depends on the center bore and off set if you already have a set why not try one on and see if it goes :D

  3. some earlier merc rims also have smaller wheel stud holes to

  4. Yeah you'll need to drill out the holes to 14mm IIRC :)

  5. Theres a bus around somewhere on the web with a set fitted. 18" diameter ones i think. Tight squeeze under the front arches unless you narrow the beam.
What width are they? Offset will probably be somewhere around 35mm.
