Not far from me - looks more like a museum than a garage - will have to go and visit and see if it's worth £70k.
Think he's trying his arm TBH, IMO that rent is too much for what looks like a pretty poor space to work in. The only upside is that Motor trade use PP is very hard to get, though (I believe) cannot be relied on continuing if the property changes hands. If anyone's serious you'd have to check with the local council as they all seem to be focussed on getting rid of the motor trade.
That looks like some one built himself a killer garage and used it as a man cave in his back garden. No nudey calendars from Mintex, Pirelli etc makes me debate that it's a trading garage..
