It may be a lack of prowess in serching on my part but I cant find anything of any great substance that tells me what the proposed government changes are on the relaxation of planning for house extensions. Anyone know of a good guide. Im looking at extending at the mo and was going to apply the old 3m rule. Anyone got a good reference. Ta
I think that the new regs are just outline proposals at the moment which don't mean that much. Not sure about timescale?
