Our ViSion box kept freezing the week before Christmas... It was blinking annoying rebooting it everyday, loosing any recordings in the process.. But give BT the due, after several long winded phonecalls to various parts of the world, oh, and several more emails.. They replaced the faulty box in FEBRUARY,,, Almost 9 weeks after the first report of a fault.. But they gave me £20 discount of my phone bill.... Whoopi-do
I'm now very annoyed. Because my home hub is down tv box won't work because it won't reboot. I have 3 years of Eurovision on it!!!!!!
