If you have a bottle of brake fluid you might as well flush it all through the system as opened brake fluid can absorb moisture. At least keep going with topping up and bleeding until the fluid coming out looks the same colour as the fluid going in, not just stopping when the bubbles stop. That way you can be sure all the fluid in the system is new.
