Boot/engine lock rekeying?

hello all,

Bought an engine lid lock at an auto jumble today for a couple of quid.
Only issue being it has no key.

Is it possible to strip and rekey said lock?

stripped down, took out 3 pins, but put one back in a different slot and a little file down of one and all down
