Body work 73

Hi
Can anybody help ezplain what im missing body panel wide in the pic? Its not the best picture, but in the engine bay with the engine in i habe a huge gap down the sides. I now have the correct tinware but still the gap. Do i need a closing panel of some kind?
Much appreciated.

 

Difficult to see from the pic but I think part of the metalwork that sits on the chassis is missing:

Yep i have them now, but still gap at sides

 

That looks like what i need . both sides

 

They're welded to the tops of the chassis legs so will need a bit of time to fit.

Just couldnt find the bits i needed
I'll get it sorted.

 

Spent an afternoon deciding what one to work on and ending up doing neither.
