Did that twin pipe exhaust fit your late bay ok?

 

Was a Type 1 AB 1300cc engine originally in a Beetle.

 

I don’t think it will fit a late bay that’s all.

 

How's that, if its fixed to engine and the engine goes in why will it not fit? does it clash the underneath? The engine came inside the bus when imported but am fitting a new engine so never fitted this one.

 

I recall reading that the bumper and tailpipes get in the way of each other.

 

I think you maybe right as its states online that needs to be single pipe for the bus. OK thanks will alter the advert.

 

Does the tank fit in a 1975 model year?

 

Not sure if any difference .
Is 1975 rubber hose connection to the filler cap?
