WANTED Black window winder

Went to wind down the window this evening and the winder handle just snapped! Has anyone for sale a black window winder to fit a 1973 camper van? Thanks in advance.

 

Have you got a pic as I think there's different styles for different years?

 

These are the late genuine handles with the cast shaft.Earlier ones were wire shaft.

hi dave @dave in norfolk hope your ok ive got one , not exactly same as above , but cast my covers got smaller dimples n handle plastic stops on circumference. If its what you want send me your addy n ill shove in post if you want ? my bus is 73 so these could be same ?

Thanks Barney. Were all OK and hope you and Betty are as well. Having looked at some original ones, it look like ours are cheap copies. I have been offered two matching original ones. I am thinking of buying the two so they look the same but thanks anyway, really appreciated.

Looks like mine were not original so don't know the make or anything. Probably came from the states when the bus was over there.

That is very generous offer of yours Barney. The difference in the genuine to the aftermarket ones, is all in the knob(cue jokes) . The aftermarket ones break, the genuine ones don´t.

 

thanks very much , hes a friend and we try n help one another out , never had a prob with them breaking ,i suppose its luck of the draw with ali castings really and if you give it some respect .
