So I've been after a CV joint and boot . I wanted genuine but not genuine prices ,after comparing most of the usual suspects and with prices varying massively I though I'd try GSF . I have found them a bit hit and miss in the past so I popped in this morning . They list a better quality one which although they don't say is genuine is actually made in Germany by LOBRO which is who VW used and the original one is off my bus is LOBRO .came with bolts gaiter ,grease , cheaper too by a long way Moral off my story is shop around and don't have loyalty to any part supplier
I hope you told them you would big em up on tlb if they gave you a massive discount ? i would as i hate paying full wack even if it is cheap !
I agree, bought the same bit myself recently, my local store is Middlesbrough so a bit of a treck but worth it, the people are helpful. Unlike the call centre jokers in Birmingham
