Yeah ill have a look at the pics, how much of a project is it?? Email pics to matthew_g_l@yahoo.co.uk
Project wise I have all the parts just needs wiring and bolting together. It has a brand new baby blue Mel Hubbard Sidewinder shell and side pods plus what I believe to be a 1641 engine, says 1600 on the log book, with twin webers. I have a brand new wiring loom, new 12" screen and a selection of seats plus a fibre glass hardtop and a roll bar. All tyres are new and have never seen tarmac the rears in the pictures have been replaced with some a bit taller. I have the steering column plus some new daylighter headlights and new rears. The front has an adjustable beam as well as dropped spindles, the rear has been lowered 1 spline. I will get some up to date pics tomorrow but for now here it is after I stripped and painted the floorpan and fitted some rear coilovers:
It would look lovely when Finished but i havnt really got the space to do it, and wifey said a firm NO. She really wants the other camper finished. Thanks for the offer though.
This is going to be broken up and all parts sold if no buyers interested. As i need the engine and front beam for other camper
Its a really nice westy but i havnt 9 grand kicking around to do a deal, if i did id get my camper done...
i would love that, but dont have the money, i would make room for it, as it would come in handy for all the renovation we do...
It will be cheaper next time when its forsale, as it wont have the Engine, front beam or wheels... Its sad that everyones been hit hard with the ongoing recession. Theres so many really cheap vw's at the moment but no one has Money.
