    So glad i saw her last year.

    The only posistive thing will be in 2013 bet they throw her around a bit at the shows before she retires.

  7. We have a front landing gear section from the very same Vulcan, they weighed it in for scrap two years ago, failed an inspection. Helped us out in the Falklands, monster plane, did blow a lot of crap out the back end though.
    Did anybody see the documentary on the Vulcans that flew down to the Falklands, pilots deserved more than a south atlantic gong for that one

  11. My mate,s mum is part of the Vulcan trust apparently there may be something in the pipework, but at the mo shes being cagey;-)

Just thought as we've got most of the TLB aircraft nuts reading this, that I'd mention the fact that the Burmese government have just given permission for 14 brand new Spitfires to be recovered from underground at the end of a runway in Burma. They were buried in the war to prevent them falling into enemy hands!

    Its been going though ground testing according to look north and again it was mentioned its it last year flying.
