First road trip fail!! Managed 75 miles the the brakes failed on the M25 in stop start traffic Waiting for the tow truck!! Checking into SMG for the weekend!
Was on the way to my dads to rebuild the rear brakes... Guess it includes master cylinder and possibly the servo now too!
That sucks mate I broke down the first time I got my bay on the road and missed the show. Its just teething problems its good in the long run because you know your bus better and what it is when it breaks down
Sorted, turned out to be a wheel cylinder not the master. The internals were absolutely caked in gooey dust, hence why there was no visible sign of a leak from the outside!
Need to add CV's to the list of spotted failures as well as an effin' chipped windscreen on the way home!! But at least we made it home, the engine ran well, clocked up 100 points on VW bingo, met the nice Brickworks guys at Beaconsfield Services and learnt that despite huge windows Bays have a massive blind spot!
