Are there any small plastic bits that are hard to get for a Bay?

Mate of mine has a 3D printer and has made some bits for my car that were impossible to buy, you had to buy the whole part coming in at £130.
Its the light grey bit in this pic



Any way i wondered if there are any bits for a Bay that might be needed? if i can twist his arm

Took me ages to find one and when I did, it fell out and was chewed up by the fan.... Gutted

 

I couldn't find any repro dash fresh air vents. I'm sure there are plenty second hand but they tend to be tatty.

 

Is it reasonably small and has anyone got a pic?

from memory about 3" long and an Inch wide, maybe 3/4" thick including its little sticky outy bit, i'll grab a pic if ya like

If you're talking about the 2 vents in the middle of the dashtop you can get new ones for £6.50 a side.
