Apex Festival - Lydden Hill Circuit, Kent - 18/19th May 2013

Apex Festival is back for its second year, promising a full-on, high octane, truly family friendly weekender!

A unique festival of Show n' Go Go Go! This is not a static show!​

The Lydden Hill Race Circuit will once again be the focal point for the events and entertainment over the weekend, where YOU can be part of the on track spectacle! With our Aircooled and Watercooled VAG friends mixing it up on the circuit with an eclectic smorgasbord of retro rides and race cars.​

We're proud to present a truly family friendly event, kids under 16 go absolutely FREE (with a paying adult - max 3 kids per adult - no ticket needed) you can bring your dogs (The typical pet etiquette rules apply) and the vast majority of kids activities are 100% FREE all weekend - families loved the fact that the kids zone was ideally placed so you could keep one eye on the kids and the other on all the action.. so it was smiles all round! This year we will have even more FREE fun activities and welcome distractions for our young guests. We will again have a quiet camping area for families, situated right next to the Kids Zone.​

All the catering will be independents for all you ‘foodies’ who like great quality grub, ranging from artisan organic foods to the hugely popular Mash Bang Dollop.. hosted along side locally brewed beers and ciders. ​

If you haven’t been to Lydden Hill before, you are in for a visual and aural treat! There are spectacular views of the entire circuit from virtually everywhere in the venue. You have the chance to camp around the perimeter of the track itself too, so if you are nursing a hangover in the comfort of your sleeping bag, you can poke your head around and not miss a moment of the action!"​

Went last year was a very good kids loved it as well, so deffo again this year

 

Looking forward to this, probably will be my first festival of the year. Missed it last year unfortunately. Not sure if it's already been reached or not, but on their facebook event page...
