anyone got a perspex visor they could do me a bracket template from

Has anyone got a perspex exterior visor the same as this..

If so, any chance they could do me a template for the fixing brackets that rivet to the bus as I am getting a visor which has these brackets missing?

If anyone could trace one and scan me the image and send it to ade.king@blueyonder.co.uk that would be ace.

i could do one next week end if you cant get one before then have you got the part of the bracket on the visor do you just need the bit on the van also do you know these have a middle bracket that you are ment to screw or rivet to the roof my middle one was missing but even if i had it i wouldnt fit it

 

Hey dickie12 - thanks, that would be ace mate as i'm not picking the visor up until the Volksworld show. The bit is attached to the visor itself, just missing the bracket that rivets onto the top of the windscreen pillars. There isn't a middle bracket, but as you say I don't think i'd fit it anyway.

Made my brackets up from some 1.2mm stainless steel plate - can anyone tell me the measurement from the top of the bracket that fits inside the door aperture to the gutter - is this a standard measurement or do people just fit where it seems best?
