Seriously, with using Tapatalk a lot i don't get to give out karma and when i do eventually log in on a computer i forget who's been nice and who's made me laugh, obviously if people have sent me bits i'll make the effort and i don't forget but i mean general daily stuff, so today as i'm off work i'll log in and out on and off until bed tonight and if you put your name on this thread i'll give you one......even if i haven't met you or it's a cheeky request then go for it - i'm feeling happy after a great weekend.

Tonight, I've got to get out my new Halfords spanners and fix some new bolts to my bus's alternator to stop the belt from squealing. See, I've even learnt what an alternator is! And I've even learnt what makes a belt squeal. The bolts have some how managed to work themselves lose. Luckily, I found them sitting on top of the engine in a gap that stopped 'em falling out and under the engine bay. For me, to fix this, is going to be one major engineering achievement, which has got to be worth a karma, and I promise not to resort to calling my mate, who's a mechanic, to come and do it for me.

And, if that's enough, on Saturday I even managed another major engineering achievement. My sister's lawn mower wouldn't work and, after concluding that the spark plug was working fine (impressive, I know) I kind of guessed it was something to do with the fuel filter - as was later confirmed down at the local lawnmower repair shop.
