What who puts on what vid? A masonary bit is designed for one purpose, they're not even sharp so it'd be a nightmare trying to drill plastic with one. Thinking about it they might suggest it because it won't cut the hole but wear it away which might stop an exhuberant driller cracking the plastic.
You want a Bosch blue multi construction. It's basically a masonry bit but will drill most things. If it don't work, I'll have it off you. Get a 6 or 7 mm, it's all I use.
na those dewalts brads work fine , i cant stand their all day waitin for one a them ta work , i should nt be doin it really stretchin n arms up bludee hurt but
fanks anyway , im sure they work too but i found skidding coz i have ta stretch the problem and coz you cant put much pressure on for fear of splitting .
Haha, I got such a rollicking from my Chief Tech once for hammering screws into an engine transport case. It is much quicker.
He was a nice guy. It's a very long story which I wont bore you with but I accidentally fractured his skull about a year later.
