Morning, I've finally got round to fitting my new JK stainless header unit but it doesn't line up exactly. With it fitted neatly on one side it's about 5mm too narrow to fit the other heat exchanger. Is it okay to force them together? I'm just worried doing this is going to put strain on the whole lot, particularly the H/X. Anyone got any opinions?
you may want to loose fit both ends plus exchangers and then see if it will snug down when you tighten the nuts sequentially....
