Had an email from Amazon this morning reference my order, with an invoice and delivery address in Detroit. The order total was for just over 80$. Everything looked exactly like a genuine Amazon email, with lots of links to click on. The only thing not quite right was one letter missing from my email address. Needless to say I did not click on any of the links. I logged into my Amazon account as I normally would, and would you believe, no open orders. BEWARE THE SCAMMING SCUM!!!
Presumably another give away was that a) you don't live in Detroit and b) you hadn't ordered anything?
who is your email provider? All those scams tend to go straight to spam without me wasting time reading them on gmail.
