Air con re-gas phone calls.

Has anyone else had a phone call from a company who want to re-gas your car air conditioning?
Had a few recently and the young lass on the other end of the line seemed really suprised when i told them non of my cars have it.

 

It seems to be a standard up-selling for car services now that they have fixed prices.

 

Have never had a car serviced so no idea about prices.
My brother in law just paid Volvo main dealer over £700 for a major service and all i can figure they did was plugs, filters and oil.

 

Does your brother in law want to buy a used horsey horseless?
