Insured with H I C , rang them this morning to have my Daughter's name put on my insurance so we could share the drive this summer. Even though she has 1 years no claim on her own car H I C didn't want to know. Any advice on this would be helpful.
How olds your daughter? A lot of companies have age restrictions on who can drive on classic policies. Only advice would be change insurers.
Nineteen, she's just found some sites that offer temp insurance , gonna walk the dog on the beach then try them later. Why aren't some things easy in life ?
Tried Safeguard but they now only insure 21 + , tried several other sites but couldn't get passed 'vehicle sub type ' box. Just got back from the local Swinton shop where I tried to take out normal insurance with Rew as named driver , but no quotes were forthcoming. Such a shame.
