Hi! Decided to have a little clear out of some parts, so my 8 track is up for sale. I did power it up, and it seemed to work ok, remember it's at least 30 years old, so no doubt would benefit from a clean and check inside, but i used it as display really. It has a matching set of speakers to go with the unit too, and fitting brackets to mount under the dash or suchlike. And you can have the 8 track cart too! It has switch-able polarity too, so will worth on a positive wired system Any questions just ask. I'm in Barnstaple, North Devon. Cheers! Alistair
I had an 8 track in my car for five years while I was first in the RAF. Only ever had one cartridge though but I can still sing all the words on all the songs on Crying, Laughing, Loving and Lying by Labi Sifre.
Ha ha! Yeah, know what you mean, retro tunage or food/beer delete as applicable.... BTW, it's switchable from neg to pos too! Or collect and I'll stick the kettle on, you can have it for £25 then Cheers, Alistair
