Hi. Sorry didn't realise you were eager to get shut. Perhaps you'd forgotten it's my wanted ad and not your for sale ad but that's ok. Was enquiring about recover costs and was going to get back but it's ok. If you want shut and someone else is eager then crack on mate. I'd probably rather buy some that are good to go.
