Feel my core is a lot stronger. There's a six pack in there somewhere. Eating super healthy all week n Saturday is my cheat day where I eat what I like, although it's generally healthy ish too. Tough Mudder in 6 weeks so I'll continue with the healthy eating & up the exercise. To be honest I have eaten better and worked out less this time and I'm showing same results and feeling better than when I knocked my pan in everyday last year. I reckon it's all to do with the food you put in your body. Plan is to shed the best part of the belly fat I've got left and get in the best shape I can. I'm 40 so I'm never going to keep it off but I'd like to get in the best shape ever then take a quick pic n get back drinking pints & eating kebabs without feeling guilty. Someone said I've to drink more water so I now put an extra ice cube in my whisky.
Your right, most of the hard work is done in the kitchen. You could lose more weight by watching what your eating than working out. With regards to taking photos a mate had a great idea. Take photos now, then eat and drink loads, put on loads of weight then take another photo......then just swap them over and pretend you've lost loads. Doesn't work if they can see you in the flesh though.
I shouldn't have given away my age. I could have sent a pic when I was in my 20's I'm being fairly realistic and not doing it to look good on the beach. Just enjoying being healthy and keeping fit.
We've been to the wetherspoons for food and beer, another cheeky drinky at the hotel and I'm off to bed, it's been a busy day Making the most of the hotel facilities Sent from my XT1072 using Tapatalk
stretch stretch then stretch again. It's gonna be sore but it's worth it. They say say pain is temporary. In your case I'd say 2 - 3 days
