Great weekend, even though the weather tried its hardest to drown us all. 50% off the Ravenglass to Eskdale railway on the saturday saw a full trainloan of late bayers set off on a 40 minute trip to one of the most boring places on earth - Ravenglass. Technical difficulties meant this steam powered choo choo wasn't running so we had a diesel instead. Saturday nights transport to the pub: Some people weren't too keen: Who can resist playing on a bright orange space hopper?
Cruise to Muncaster castle on the sunday saw a convoy of 50 or so vehicles. One of the above piccies is at Muncaster castle and the other at the Dalegarth station at Boot but i can't remember which is which. Campsite ended up being a little damp by the sunday morning, though we had great fun watching the site owners pulling T4/T5 campers out of the mud.
Fab photos and a fab weekend. I don't think I've seen the inside of so many pubs in such a short space of time nice to meet you I'm sure we'll meet again at the next one
