FOR SALE 1986 VW first aid box *unused*

Well I go to Vw shows and just look inside the vans to look what extra rare accessories may be found..

here I have a first aid box...(29 years old)









The contents are brand new and rust free...


I have had a little look for something similar on e bay ,they are different box (common) and are 90 pound plus postage..


Just asking 69 pounds including postage...


Me if I was bleeding to death, I still probably use my T shirt as a bandage rather than use the contents of the box..

Any questions ?,shoot...

 

Does the tourniquet bandage come with a suitable bar or is the tommy bar from the tool kit okay?

 

any bar will do ,depending on which limb, I will included a biro for fingers and toes....

it has a square stick of chalk????

First aid kits are a life limited item, part of the German TUV (mot) inspection, 5 years if I remember correctly.

Square chalk is quite logical...its less likely to roll off of an inclined plane ie the lid of the box when placed on an uneven surface.

 

So people are chucking them ?

Mine must be well rare...
