I'm sad to say that we need to sell our beloved camper (Myrtle) that we've had for nearly 15 years. Due to life changes we just don't use her as much as we'd like to and rather than see her sat on the drive all the time we think she should go to a new home and get lots more use and fun camping trips.

She's a very solid van, well cared for and in tip-top condition apart from a few bits of surface rust around windows and some wheel arches that have started to come through. Its all pretty cosmetic and wouldn't take more to tidy up. Solid underneath (never had belly pans so no horrible surprises) and wax-oiled regularly. Interior could do with an upgrade at some point but has worked very well for us over the last 15 years. Receipts of all work carried out over the last 15 years can be seen as well as original photos from when she was rescued.

Lots of original parts such as the headlining, rubber mats, wooden gear knob, etc. A new engine was put in 7 years ago which is a larger 1641 with twin Weber carbs, sports cam, electronic ignition and lots of upgraded parts. Only about 1000 miles have been done on the new engine and it really does drive nicely especially with it being lowered. Its got a fat exhaust on at the moment which makes it sound great but it does pop a bit.

We'll be sad to see her go but she really does need a new home, some new camping adventures and a bit of TLC.
