MAKE MY BAY LIMITED. We are classic VW restorers based in Wakes Colne, near Colchester Essex. At present we have have a 1975 LHD US import Helsinki Westfalia Campervan in jaffa with poptop roof. This vehicle was imported by us and was going to have the full restoration service by us. However we have a backlog of vehicles currently and therefore are advertising this campervan at a reduced price. It is currently in our welding bay having all works completed to make this a solid bus. Works include new drivers wheel arch, front step, middle panel,sill and new outriggers. There is currently a 1800cc unleaded Type 4 petrol engine which will be overhauled by us before the sale. It will also have a new braking system including, cylinders, linings and all pipework. There is a complete interior with this campervan including a sink and fridge unit which at present we have stripped out to work on the van. Nice units though the seats and headliner have been covered in crushed jaffa velvet, not my thing but can either be re-covered in new fabric or left as is. The front has two Posche 924 seats in. All windows are good apart from the front windscreen which has been replaced with new. We are open to offers on this as we need to free up space. The campervan will be sold with a full years MOT. We also have an in-house spray booth where we can undertake a full respray if required for additonal cost. We will also UK register the campervan and provide all documentation.
