    Here is the spiel:
This Camper has just been completed after a 4 year restoration. It is taxed and tested and has just covered about 500 miles to run the engine in and iron out any issues and niggles. It is now ready to be used. I bought the van complete 4 years ago as a project. It is a late bay devon conversion which I have totally restored it. I will list what has been done. The van was stripped and all welding repairs made. Where possible genuine repair panels have been used like inner and outer sills front steps and front panel. Some of the doors were replaced with rust free genuine examples. This van was quite solid to start with so most repairs were to the bottom six inches of the van. Once welded the van van was sent off to be prepared and re painted. All this has been done professionally, well prepared and finished in low bake oven. Once painted the van was re assembled with all new seals scrapers and gaskets etc. A new laminated front windscreen was used. Re assembly is the process that takes the greatest amount of time as everything in the van at this stage is looked through and repaired. The dash was removed and repairs made to radio hole. It was repainted and replaced. All wiring and dash lights etc were put right at this time. Wiper motor and mechanism all refurbished. New old stock rear light units and lamps fitted with halogen and later model front lights fitted also. The interior lights work as intended. The fuel tank has been inspected and all new breather hoses and fuel lines replaced. Fuel gauge functions correctly. The braking system has be overhauled. New brake calipers, pads, hoses and wheel bearings have been fitted on the front. Rear wheel cylinders, hoses and shoes fitted to the rear. All new brake pipes fitted along with master cylinder and new brake fluid. The wheels has been shot blasted and re finished in pastel white. New Goodyear van tyres are fitted all round. The van has new shock absorbers fitted front and rear. Clutch, heater control and throttle cables have been replaced.New steering damper and bump stops have been replaced on the front suspension. The gearbox has been fully reconditioned as has the gear linkage and bushing, this makes this van easier to drive and change gear. The engine has been fully rebuilt. It is still 1600 but has been given some improvements to cope with modern driving. The crankcase has been align bored and quality steel backed bearings fitted. The crank and flywheel have been balanced. New 3 piece clutch fitted. The camshaft has been changed to Engle 100 to give the van more pull. The heads are new castings with slightly heavier springs a 3 angle valve job and a tidy up of the ports along with a small increase in compression has made this engine run well. It has a 1-1.25 ratio rockers fitted. Cylinders and pistons are forged standard 1600 so have good wall thickness. All this make a reliable stronger engine that is easily maintained. All tinware is present and correctly fitted. It has all been painted. New exhaust and heat exchangers fitted to help, the generally poor, camper heating. The original alternator has been rebuilt and an old stock 009 distributer used. Where possible I have tried to use the best available parts. Most often this is good genuine original items not patent copies. The van just in the last 2 months come back from vanwurks where the complete interior has been fitted. Front headlining was replaced at the same time. The photographs should illustrate the installation. It has been well done. Sound deadening etc was fitted at the same time. Spare wheel now lives on the re furbished roof rack as the bed replaces is standard location. In the engine bay is a split charger and leisure battery. The 240 hook up connection is in the engine bay and allows the fridge to be used 3 ways. All in all this is a lovely van. It is unmolested in the fact that it has been restored back to original. Because it runs at standard height on the suspension in my opinion it drives much nicer. There are a couple of things that let the van down they are as follows: Drivers front seat has a small tear where a spring has made a bid for freedom at some stage. The passenger window glass has some light scratch marks on it. The sliding door needs and firm hand to shut from the outside as the new seals are a bit to thick. During re assembly there has been a couple of small chips made in the paint. The elevating roof is in excellent condition for its age but does have small imperfections. The front door cards are original and again show small imperfections. A few things I have forgotten to add new seat belts were fitted front and rear . The vans batteries are new as is the horn. The starter has been reconditioned. An electric windscreen washer has been added. The van is fully under sealed. All locks and ignition use the same key of which there is a spare. Its ready for the summer. I have been as honest and open as possible about the description but must point out that it is a 37 year old vehicle!

I doubt if anyone serious about spending best part of £20k on a bus will be put off by the lack of paragraphs to be honest.
