1776 engine miss fireing

How have you set the ignition timing?

Rotor pointing@1 then 4 3 2
Compresion good on all barrels
Electronic ignition fitted
New plugs
New leads
Going to put all together
Then give it a spin
With fingers crossed

No didnt have to alter anything
Got a feeling it was a duff dizzy

 

If you’ve fitted new electronic ignition, likely that the ignition timing has changed. Needs setting so it tops out at 28-30 degrees BTDC when the engine is revved.
