FOR SALE 1700 type 4 engine.

  1. Here I have a 1700 type 4 engine. The history behind the engine is it came with the camper when I brought it in from the states 4yrs ago. I has always started on the button and never let me down (only when I ran out of fuel...gauge doesn't work) The carbs are 34 ict copies from empi. The right hand carb has a sticky float sometimes but I think it doesn't help me using an electric fuel pump without a regulator.
The flywheel oil seal will need doing also because it has started to seep a little oil from that area.

Here is a video of it running today.

It comes as a complete unit also with all of the tinware, electric fuel pump, exhaust (rusty), heat exchangers, engine mounting bar.
I will be removing it in the next couple of days.
    £500.
