Can anyone help me with my fan shroud? I am rebuilding my 1600cc dual port engine, but the fan shroud and inner gubbins are all separate currently. Does anyone have any photos of how the vents fit into the shroud and also how the thermostat connects to the vents. Also any advice on the doghouse tinware. Any advice and guidance would be appreciated. Thanks
That pic /\ shows you how the flaps go in the shroud. You can see the thermostat rod on the right hand flaps, that slots down through the hole in the head when you lower the shroud down.
Lovely stuff - I've lost the connecting link between vents........arghhhhhhhh no-one seems to sell replacements
Crisis averted - I found the culprit hidden under the work bench. The build can recommence this weekend
