Forget the whistle, get one of these, they are brill, boils in half the time, it's got a heat exchanger on the bottom.

We bought a new whistling kettle in Ikea - only £15 and it actually pours properly, unlike the one I bought from a camping shop that dribbles scalding hot water all over your feet/table/floor of the van*

I may have a whistle from my old Kettle which rotted through, I may have to dig it out though as I wrapped cloth. it a little unpredictable.

 

So where's your first trip in the newly restored Alex??

 

Not going any where till next spring.autumn winter jobs are paint inside. New door cards and new bunks ( I want new front seats and headliner)- but that may have to wait. Oh and he passed his mot!!!!!! Rob is bringing him home tonight.
