Window 2 (single pane of glass) was a right pain ☹ (no pun intended) and needs more than my one pair of hands.

Going to have to wait for a chum to help for episode 2 of 6.....

Build up of window 4 of 6 - an aluminium, rubber and glass jigsaw! These are easier to fit than the glass ones, so might have a go tomorrow night .

Look good. Where did you get the sliders from?

 

My original Viking windows , stripped down, polished, new glass and rubbers.

Old glass would have been fine but had picked up grinding spatter over the years, so local friendly glass merchant copied them in toughened glass

And cut another pane after I broke it.....
