Loads done but doesn't look like much Both manifolds are finished and fitted New top plate which is offset to clear the fuel rail but still let's me use the turbo hats that I previously made So the throttle bodies are sandwiched between mounting plates with O rings top and bottom ,you can see the minimal clearance between fuel rail , 4 bolts ensure a leakproof
crank fire sensor crank fire wheel 36-1 its all pretty close ..had to put a cut out and remake the SC support bracket as it stands now ...a massive amount of work to make and add the charge cooler.....very tight and had to remake all the intake pipework ...still tons of work to do
they work great ....when I made them there was nothing else available.....from memory they are 8mm steel and with the holes not really heavy .....no way they would bend or impale passenger due to the lower support
cylinder head temperature sensor fitted ..its a modified water cooled one ....attached to cylinder 3 using heat transfer paste and a bolt obviously....... MAP sensor .......I will take a feed off each throttle body barrel in to a small box then one feed from that into the MAP sensor .....
trouble is now i`m this far its all the small things that take the time ......dump valve is complete plus all injectors have been machined ...been messing with the electrics and fuel lines and pump
still playing with this and a few other things .... done a few things to the bus ...... Made some J tubes to match the VS exhaust ... and found these uber rare J tube under tins , So rare infact they are the only pair in the world
been having servo issues so changed for the Brazilian one as its loads cheaper , as I have 944 rear brakes I changed the mastercylinder whilst I was at it to a 944 23/19 as opposed to the bay 19/19 jobbie ....this caused problems as I couldn`t find a reservoir to suit so made one.... bracket showing Brazilian hole centres made a bracket to
