So Mr Dyson has invented a new type of ventilator and selling it to the NHS...wonder if it will be 10x the cost, like all his other products?
We have a Dyson digital its ok if your hovering fresh air. But if i drill a hole in the wall and even attempt to hover the dust it cuts out. So i hope the ventilators are better. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
They really should have got Henry to make them, half the price, they would work, and they would have a smiley face to look at on your death bed
I think overall this is where the hope lies. Never before has the whole world faced something like this.....but.....never before have the whole world focussed on a common enemy. If all the engineers and scientific minds can join with the innovators we should see this being beaten through joining multiple solutions.
I read dyson had an order for 10,000. I guess any design based manufacturer with an order like that would naturally look at slicking up the manufacture by changing a few non-essential aspects, but they won't be let loose on it's functionality, adding a turbo charged cyclonic irrigation system for example. Good PR all round it's win win for all?
True but hoovering is a generic term not specific to any device, is easier to say than vacuuming and is recognised by the Oxford, Cambridge and Collins dictionaries amongst others.
The good thing about Dyson products is they are generally designed for manufacture, made to be cheap to make. Then they are marketed at a premium price. Given his roots, I would expect the Dyson products made at cost to be cheaper than many other alternatives.
I see this as only a good thing. Whether they profit from it or not so what. The main thing is more ventilators WILL be needed as long as they are good and safe, I say crack on. Sent from my Pixel 4 using Tapatalk
