Nobody is handling sponsors at the moment so there shouldn’t be anything going on. We’ve been assured that there is no security issue - seems unlikely.
Mine keeps redirecting me to the earlybay site. Are you trying to get rid of me? (not really- I’m getting video pop ups too )
The advinci button looks very suspect. I can't find much out it on the net as any sort of advert networking a even a legitimate service. I may be wrong, but still, site security should be a number one priority. Advinci domain was registered on 2019-08-20, also has its domain lookup information hidden. Found alink to a romania forum talking about it: https://www.roforum.net/threads/advinci-net.8053/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed: Roforumnet (RoForum.Net) Via this tweet: https://twitter.com/RoForumNet/status/1216936747243798532 if this even is a legitimate advertising network, it still looks very suspect and immature for such a service. Also if the admins are generally trying to make a bit of revenue from the site using such methods, i would suggest start with some of the basics of SEO before loading such GUFF on the site an SSL certificate would be a start.
Using a fake account is signed up and had a look around. 3rd party ad networks should never be trusted: https://www.google.com/amp/s/blog.m...-party-dangers-ads-pipelines-and-plugins/amp/ I still 100% stand with my above statement, if you want ads please at least use Google's adsence service. I also have the ad Vinci logo displaying. Only noticed it today. Doesn't seem to have caused any "playing up" yet. What exactly am I to expect?
the button is advertising a code for advertising! "Get AdVinci Code Generate 30% more revenue just from a tiny banner ad placed in the footer of your website."
I'd suggest to those with The Knowledge a good starting point might be to remove any AdVinci references from the page source (there are several).
