Exactly its an wishy washy omelet. Got to be made with short crust, smoked bacon, shallots, full cream milk and Gruyere. Four eggs to the pint.
Best way to eat eggs..... add some milk, flour and a little salt. Throw the mix in the oven for 20 min and voila! Serve with rare roast beef and horseradish. It'll keep any northern monkey happy on a sunday.
