I like them, strong cheese and spring onion flavour for me!

But the crust puts hairs on your chest
Better than the crusted version tbh.. more flavour, less bland stodge.
But then you have to get your chest done, as well as the back, sac and crack.
They are ok almost a flan or an omlete in a foil tin
What is quiche?
Exactly its an wishy washy omelet.
Got to be made with short crust, smoked bacon, shallots, full cream milk and Gruyere. Four eggs to the pint.

Completely agree..........that's an omelette.
Best way to eat eggs..... add some milk, flour and a little salt.
Throw the mix in the oven for 20 min and voila!
Serve with rare roast beef and horseradish.
It'll keep any northern monkey happy on a sunday.

we use eggs mattisons sausage cheese peppers herbs and onions cooked in a frying pan more cheese sprinkled on top finished off under the grill to brown off the cheese - plenty for tea with some left over after a night in the pub
