    I know, I contemplated it but decided a whole album would not make my top 10. The Specials is my fave two tone one - off to see them again in a few months :)

  12. Very difficult to narrow it down to just 10 albums - 10 bands or artists would be easier - here's some from my favourites list-

    • any Jimi Hendrix - e.g. Electric Ladyland
    • any Led Zepplin - Led Zep 4 symbols
    • any early Rolling Stones - Beggars banquet
    • Beatles - Sergeant Pepper
    • any Queen - Day at the Races
    • Radiohead - OK Computer
    • Muse - Absolution
    • Queens of the Stone Age - Era Vulgaris
    • any Eric Clapton -Layla
    • Pink Floyd - Dark Side
    • plus early Fleetwood Mac & any Delta Blues guitarists - sorry I'm rambling now

    Ah yes, the Dandy Warhols, one of my favourite bands, and that one is a cracker.
    Awesome song. Climbed up to One Tree Hill when I was in Auckland a couple of years back, and played the album on my ipod. The tree's gone, but that song...

  20. Made me remember - a few years back we were driving across the Borrego desert outside of San Diego and Wild West Hero by ELO came on the MP3 - perfect timing and reminds us of that drive everytime we hear than song.
