  7. Gloria Estefan at Wembley
Gypsy Kings at the Albert hall
Whitney Houston …… actually that was awful and disappointing

But Live Earth at Wembley tops it for me

I’ve been to loads of gigs and for the life of me can’t think which was my favourite!

I do envy some of you “slightly” more experienced TLBers who maybe saw Bowie or the pistols in their prime.

Will continue to have a think about the best gig.

The Who without a doubt. Seen them twice both times with Moonie. Streatham Palais when they were still smashing up their kit in the late 60s and again at the Hammersmith Palais early 70's.
We were all sat crossed legged on the dance floor passing around funny smelling roll ups.
A Pete Townshend guitar solo without the band was awesome. Moon butted in at the end with a cymbal. Townshend glared.......
Those were the days. Seen the Doors twice as well once with Jim at the Roundhouse 69 and then without him at the Montreux jazz festival early 70's
Hope to see the Stones for the third time this Sunday.
