Would mild bleach work?

I used t-cut and it works a treat. Wax polished afterwards and it helped keep the thing clean. I've done it again this year.

Marine Clean and Magic Sponge gets anything vynal or plastic clean like new. Very satisfying. Particularly if you have OCD.
