why is the forum so quiet these days?

I reckon the forum has quietened down a bit since the fall out a while ago. To be honest, I didn't really read any of it as I hated to see TLB being pulled apart. I think thinks are slowly getting back to normal though. and TLB is still the most welcoming and friendly forum I have been on.

I agree with the comments that more newbies should try and start threads. However, I think it can take time for some newbies to get enough confidence to feel that they can post.

TFoe me, there's also a matter of time. I wish I could join in more with many of the subjects, but I can't post from the work computer and only really get on the computer at home for 1/2 hour or so each day. By the time I've read through whats been posted there's hardly any time to reply.

I wish my desk looked as clear as Mr Poo's desk - I've got scaffolding to help hold up the files and prevent landslides

 

I really haven't been that bothered with this place recently, various reasons but it seems I have missed some big falling out? Probably got modded anyway so no point looking I suppose

 

tbh fagbook has screwed alot of forums....
