My nature is to be a reader, I do come on and keep up to date but I don't necessarily see the point in posting up an inane comment just for the sake of it or to take my post count up. Being a mod doesn't mean I have to be constantly posting or be on here every two minutes, I for one have a very demanding job which takes up a lot of my time and energy. When I'm not working I try and go away which means coming on here might not be possible. I'll happily admit that this forum is not the top priority in my life but I do try, the one thing that stops me doing more is posts like this where I'm basically being harassed just because I don't post as often as people would like. This is supposed to be fun, something I do voluntarily in my spare time and for free. At the moment it isn't fun

being a mod is not a full time job, I put in time when I have it which I know is appreciated. I enjoy doing it, I just don't like the backlash I get for not not being seen every two minutes
