    We're off to a Northern Soul night in a bit, I don't tell anyone I'm an undercover biker who should really be listening to rock music (I've always liked soul, it's a secret pleasure).

    I've been before, everyone gets pretty drunk, and I'll probably end up being outdanced by a walking stick, attached to some old geezer.

    I've not heard this for years. I've got it on vinyl from back in the day, but just bought a CD and ripped it onto my iPod. Old skool, eh?!

    As well as several Hawkwind gigs, I saw the Hawklords, probably at Salford University’s Rag Ball, I saw Blondie there too.
    It’s all a bit vague but that’s how their gigs were meant to be, no one remembered very much the next day, never mind years later.
    I’ve never forgotten Stacia at my first Hawkwind gig, though, built like a tank and just wearing oil paint.

    That album was given to me by a friend in '79 also Hawkwind was my 1st gig. I can't really remember it :D
